NUTRITION:
7/13 was a rest day. Fasted for about 20 hours and then ate a couple huge hamburgers on mushrooms. Not much of an appetite today after having a cheat meal yesterday.

huge chunk of grilled flat iron steak and a large plate of grilled zucchini spears
