TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 07/04/12

TRAINING:

10AM-

20 minutes of 70yd sprints across grass. 

Didn't want to miss training totally today. Took my dog to a open field nearby and ran some sprints. Don't know how many I got in. I just set a timer, ran the distance I had laid out, and then walked back to the start for rest. 

0 pushups, pullups or squats today.

NUTRITION:

9am-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

11am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 banana, some jerky, and raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

12pm-9pm

Snacked on a few nuts and some jerky during the day, while driving through the mountains and taking a short hike. 

So, I essentially fasted most of the day. 

9pm-

Sushi and Heineken. This will be this week's cheat meal.
