20 minutes of 70yd sprints across grass.
Didn't want to miss training totally today. Took my dog to a open field nearby and ran some sprints. Don't know how many I got in. I just set a timer, ran the distance I had laid out, and then walked back to the start for rest.
0 pushups, pullups or squats today.
