Two medium grilled chicken breasts, cut up into a huge salad with bleu cheese dressing (If this was a strict paleo diet the bleu cheese would not be allowed, since it was the junk they sell in the store.)

1/2 large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

1 large broccoli crown dipped in bleu cheese

3600mg flaxseed oil

1 cod liver oil capsule
