TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 07/13/12

TRAINING:

6PM-TAEKWON-DO: 21 HYUNGS, 30 MINUTES OF HEAVY BAG WORK, BREAKING (with my favorite training partner of all, my 2nd-degree black belt wife).

 

100 pushups, 100 pullups, 400 squats remain for the week. 

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine

1000mg vitamin C

8am-

(my favorite breakfast) small bowl of jerky and raw almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

25gr Carnivore protein with 1 tbsp cinnamon

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil

4000mg vitamin D

2pm-

1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

1 tbsp coconut oil

leftover hamburger wrapped in lettuce with avocado slices, bacon and bleu cheese dressing

several additional strips of bacon

36000mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil

5pm

2.5 scoops Jack3D

9pm-

Huge grilled ribeye steak, smothered in sauteed onions and mushrooms

huge salad with tons of vegetables and homemade dressing

(CHEAT ALERT) Had a little local Indian Creek cabernet with the steak....sorry folks. I know I already had my cheat meal for the week. Couldn't resist. 

3600mg fish oil

3600mg flax oil

1 cod liver oil

1130pm, I will take my ZMA and melatonin cocktail.
