other 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken

6 strips of bacon with Kerrygold cheese in lettuce wraps

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

5pm-(preworkout)

300mg caffeine

7pm-(postworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of baked wild salmon (baked in bacon grease) with lemon, salt, and pepper

huge spinach salad with a whole large avocado, red cabbage, red onion, and a bunch of my homemade salad dressing
