about 12oz of grilled sirloin

grilled onions, grilled pineapple slices, grilled romain lettuce hearts with balsamic vinaigrette, huge baked sweet potato with Kerrygold butter, diced red onion, red pepper flake, shredded parmesean

4000mg fish oil

1 turmeric/curcumin capsule
