bunch of smoked turkey breast slices in lettuce wraps with horseradish mustard

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

8pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

This was my cheat meal for the week. The meal itself wasn't at all, but we had drinks and dessert. Had guests over for dinner. The dessert was a trip to get ice cream after dinner.

huge salad with homemade dressing

stiff NorCal margarita

small peanut butter cup Blast from Sonic

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D
