chunk of leftover grilled wild salmon

several strips of bacon

about 1/2 a huge cucumber sliced up with vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt and pepper

(sipped an amino acid solution during workout)

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 giant grassfed hamburger patties on a grilled portabello mushroom cap with a few slices of bacon
