huge chunk of grilled wild salmon with a dry rub

bunch of grilled zucchini spears (used olive oil prior to grilling, dusted with kosher salt, pepper, and chili powder prior to grilling, then lightly dusted with dry parmesean cheese)

huge salad: spinach, kale, avocado, broccoli, red pepper, raw sunflower seeds. 

homemade dressing and a tiny chunk of feta cheese
