NUTRITION:

Since Saturday and Sunday were pretty light activity days I ate very little.

Mostly just a little meat and coconut oil early in the day, and then Saturday in the late afternoon a few of us gorged on Mongolian BBQ.

Sunday, after about a 20hr fast I had a huge cheat meal of a ton of yummy fried potatoes and onion with several strips of bacon. Didn't eat much for the rest of the day.

6/30

8am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

130pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 8oz of kippered wild salmon with lemon

one whole large avocado with lemon and cayenne pepper

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

930pm-

1 tbs coconut oil

huge grassfed hamburger on a large mushroom with some bleu cheese

giant amount of steamed broccoli with about 1/3 of a stick of butter and a ton of lemon

Since tomorrow is the first day of the July Challenge, tonight I had a very stiff gin and tonic. I will be pretty much limited to only water for the next month, other than for once per week.

fish oil

About 1130pm, I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
