NUTRITION: (Cheat meal/snack time today)

200mg caffeine/green tea with some MCT oil early

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

red wine, grassfed cheese, salami, gluten free crackers

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

830pm-

huge steak, fries, salad, Michelob Ultra (the only beer I can really drink)

6/19

(8AM)

2 scoops Fuel One 6th Gear 

3 MCT oil caps

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover steak

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

bunch of baked cod with Kerrygold butter/lemon sauce

jasmine rice with unsweetened rice vinegar

kim chee 

11pm-

400mg Rite aid Supermagnesium

100mg B6

50mg zinc
