Easy reps. 

Turkish Getups: Ran the rack from 16kg-48kg. 

Pulled a few easy trapbar deadlifts every 5-10 minutes for about an hour, while cleaning the gym. Bar loaded to 405#.

TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE PRACTICE

NUTRITION: 

8AM-

200mg caffeine/green tea with 1 tbsp MCT oil

130pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

6-egg omelette with about 1oz of habanero cheddar cheese mixed in (a little of this cheese goes a long way. It is really hot, so I didn't eat enough to cause any inflammation, which can happen if I eat more than just a little dairy)

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge grilled steak

huge almost 3/4 of a pound of steamed broccoli and kale, with about 1/2 stick of butter and lemon on top

2 baked potatoes with grated parmesean cheese and the other 1/2 stick of butter

fish oil

Will hit my zinc, magnesium citrate and B6 about 1130pm
