Tested out a new local beef source. Found out after I'd already bought it that it was grassfed, but grain-finished, so we probably won't order a huge amount of it. But, we got a couple amazing steaks for tonight. The steak was expensive, but this was still way, way less than we would spend at even a crappy restaurant.

About 16oz of grilled steak, smothered in sauteed mushrooms and onions

huge salad with spinach, red pepper, onion, kalamata olives, avocado slices and artichoke hearts. I used a homemade dressing of EVOO and basalmic vinaigrette.
