1 tbsp coconut oil
6 strips bacon
2 small chicken breasts, cooked in bacon grease
handful of blueberries
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

4pm-(preworkout)
3/4 serving of VPX Friction. This is a new product and I scored a sample of it...This stuff definitely has too many stimulants for me. It tasted awesome, but made it difficult to concentrate and made me a little jittery.

7pm-postworkout
handful of blueberries and raw pecans
about 6oz of grilled pineapple leftover from last night.
3600mg fish oil

10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
one whole large broccoli crown, dipped in bleu cheese dressing
Huge salad with: baby spinach, one small avocado, one large tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, and homemade basalmic vinegar and EVOO dressing
Robb Wolf NorCal margarita
3600mg flaxseed oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130pm, I will take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg melatonin and 5000iu vitamin D
