about 2oz of 86% pure cacao dark chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil smeared on top

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

10pm-
About 12oz of grilled sirloin steak
huge baked potato covered with full fat sour cream and butter
huge salad with romain lettuce, baby spinach, red lettuce, onion, tomato, red pepper, avocado slices, bleu cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles on top
dry red wine
3600mg flaxseed oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130pm I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg melatonin with 5000iu of vitamin D
