12PM-

Exercise breaks doing gym chores: Loaded a trap bar with 4 plates per side, 405#, (about all that will fit on my trap bar) and did easy singles and doubles about every 5 minutes for about an hour. 

530pm-

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS

NUTRITION: 

6am-

200mg caffeine green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

1030am-

Was feeling a little hungry and grabbed a big hunk of jerky from the gas station and a 8oz zero carb Red Bull. (Not a usual snack, but the best option available...I wouldn't normally grab a Red Bull either, but they looked good and this was the least harmful of all the options there.)

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 6-8oz of leftover wild salmon

about 1oz of 86% pure dark chocolate

handful of raw almonds

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

9pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge amount of grassfed sirloin tip roast with a ton of sauteed mushrooms and onion

mass amount of yummy crispy red potatoes, broiled in avocado oil with garlic

generous glass of local Indian Creek Winery pino noir

fish oil

About 11pm I will hit 50mg of zinc, 400mg of magnesium citrate, and 100mg of vitamin B6
