TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 06/11/14

TRAINING:

830AM-

MAX EFFORT 250M SPRINTS ON THE C2 ROWER X 5. 

(3 minute rest between efforts. I am still working on rowing technique and I have a long way to go. These are taking about 40-45 seconds to do, and there is always a bit of overshot on the distance. All I know is that metabolically they feel a lot like hill sprints, without the stress on that IT band issue I've been facing.)

12PM-(exercise breaks)

S.T.O.R. METHOD employed on sets of bar dips while floor cleaning. Got about 110 in today. 

6PM-

Not much actual exercise here, but led some striking and improvised impact weapon training at the school today. 

NUTRITION:

7am-

300mg caffeine/green tea

Korean ginseng

10am

2 scoops MHP Paleo Protein

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

3 grilled hot Italian brats with hot mustard

about 2oz of 86% pure dark chocolate dipped in almond butter

fish oil

vitamin D

430pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea 

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled wild salmon

huge spinach, avocado, and kale salad with homemade dressing and a ton of raw sunflower seeds

Around 6oz of red wine

About 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6
