1 scoop Twinlab BCAA drink (sipped with ice while mowing lawn)
3pm-
about 2oz of swiss cheese
handful of raw almonds
1 can of albacore tuna with vinegar and olive oil (Everything else was frozen and I didn't really feel like going to the store)
8pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge taco salad with 1lb of grassfed ground beef with taco seasoning in a whole mixing bowl filled with spinach, kale, red onion and red cabbage
4000mg fish oil
5000iu vitamin D
11pm-
Zn, Mg, B6
