Descending ladder from 20-2 reps per arm of single arm bent rows with 80# kettlebell. 50/50 work:rest.

NUTRITION:

10am-postworkout

1 scoop Twinlab BCAA drink

1pm-

1 scoop coconut oil

1/2 Albertson's rotisserie chicken and a bunch of chopped pineapple

1/2 large avocado with lime, salt, pepper

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

Evening:

Not real hungry and really just relaxed most of the evening. Stacey made a bunch of roasted jalapenos, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Ate several of them. And several more slices of bacon in the process.
