10 MINUTES 2-ARM SWINGS WITH 36KG @ 10RPM

I love this feeling! Using two exercises I haven't been doing in a while makes me feel like a beginner again. Posterior chain is really feeling a stimulus from this change in things.

NUTRITION:

1 scoop Cellucor C4 (Used the last little bit up)

10AM-POST WORKOUT

1 scoop coconut oil

huge head of steamed broccoli and a handful of steamed kale, soaked in Kerrygold butter with lemon and pink salt

about 10oz of leftover baked wild salmon (On sale at Winco right now for 7.98/lb....get some before they're out!)

about 2 cups of jasmine rice with coconut aminos

5000iu vitamin D

8PM-

Planned cheat meal!

We decided to stay in and be lazy and try Papa Murphy's GF pizza. We both got a whole medium and ate every bit. Washed it down with some hard cider.
