TRAINING:

12PM-

MAX EFFORT TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS AT STUDENT TESTING

NUTRITION:

Again, an easy logging day.

Had a scoop of Muscletech Anarchy before training today at about 11am.

3pm (After about a 24hr fast)

Went to lunch with friends at Sa Wa Dee. Had some fresh spring rolls, that appear to be very paleo friendly and a huge plate of a pineapple fried rice. Hopefully it wasn't prepared in some sort of inflammatory oil (they make lots of things with coconut, so coconut oil would be the default oil. It did taste like it. I should have asked.

I can say that it was probably about 3 cups of jasmine rice and a ton of pineapple and some chicken. Not bad itself. This wasn't a cheat meal, especially after depleting glycogen during the hardest training session this week and a 24hr fast.

830pm-

1 scoop coconut oil

Leftover baked chicken breast with olive oil and balsamic vinegar poured over it to moisten after reheating.

huge bunch of steamed broccoli with a ton of Kerrygold butter, lemon, and pink salt.

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

1130pm-

400mg GNC Super Magnesium

50mg zinc

100mg B6
