Took my Anarchy preworkout before training, and sipped a BCAA and creatine solution during. Planned cheat meal at Red Robin about 2pm. Didn't eat for the rest of the day.

Almost the same as 5/22. Unplanned cheat meal about 1pm at Boise Fry Co. It is a much healthier option, but still a cheat. Double burger on a GF bun with a ton of sweet potato fries.
Fasted for the rest of the day.

Never been a taco salad fan, but recently it just sounded good. Cooked up 1lb of grassfed ground beef with some taco seasoning (have to check ingredients carefully on them) and then ate in a giant salad with spinach, kale, red lettuce, a whole avocado, and red onion.
