NUTRITION:

Don't think I have been getting my protein grams in. Going to have to start using some supplemental protein soon. My Aftershock postworkout only has about 25grams. Today will be an unusually low protein day, anyway, so this is not a good representation, but still. I think I will take a random day soon and track macros to get an idea of where I'm at.

1 tbsp coconut oil

6 strips of bacon with a huge sliced avocado on top in little sandwiches

small bowl of blackberries and raw almonds

about 12oz of grilled steak

salad with spinach, kale, avocado, green onion, etc, with homemade dressing

small bowl of steamed broccoli and kale, with an obscene amount of butter and lemon

120,000iu serrapeptase

No melatonin tonight because I was tired enough I figured I wouldn't need it.
