baked sweet potato with tons of Kerrygold butter and grated gouda cheese

430pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

500mg vitamin C

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

red wine

huge grilled steak

huge salad with spinach, kale, chard, red cabbage, red onion, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onion, tomato, pumpkin seeds and my homemade dressing

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
