Terrible choice for dinner, but left at the mercy of eating out with company. The only thing really accessible last minute and nearby was Applebee's. Really, nothing but junk there. Ended up eating a whole plate of ribs and a potato with a generous glass of 100% aguave tequila and club soda.
took a good amount of fish oil as soon as possible afterwards.
Will hit the Mg, B6, and melatonin about 1130...(Just realized I forgot to get more Zn...all out!)
