Knocked me completely on my ass. These were all out. Ate a cheat meal and slept for 2 hours afterwards.
NUTRITION:
(4/21 only, but every other day was strict, even on a road trip on 4/20).
Fasted since 6pm the night before, so a 22-hour fast before my postworkout cheat meal.

Wendy's triple cheeseburger with a baked potato. Not fancy, but very satisfying.
