A few days' logs here. Been hung up on some recent projects, so slacking on logging (but not training or nutrition).

4 MIXED TABATA ROUNDS OF DOUBLE KETTLEBELL 1/2 SNATCH AND HINDU PUSHUPS

5PM-
16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS: KICKING DRILLS AT 2:1 WORK/REST RATIO. 

645PM-
ABOUT 15 MINUTES OF INDIAN CLUB DRILLS

9AM-
100 burpees
50 pullups

6PM-
21 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.

REST DAY

4 SPRINT/SQUAT MIXED TABATA ROUNDS AT THE TRACK.

Knocked me completely on my ass. These were all out. Ate a cheat meal and slept for 2 hours afterwards.

NUTRITION:

(4/21 only, but every other day was strict, even on a road trip on 4/20). 

Fasted since 6pm the night before, so a 22-hour fast before my postworkout cheat meal. 

1pm-

2 scoops Jack3D (preworkout)

330pm-(postworkout cheat meal for the week)

Wendy's triple cheeseburger with a baked potato. Not fancy, but very satisfying.

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

630pm-

Green tea 

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 12oz of grilled steak and a huge spinach salad

also, had a stiff gin and tonic

Will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin later.
