4 MIXED TABATA ROUNDS: DOUBLE 1/2 SNATCH AND HINDU PUSHUPS FOR ALL. 3-4 MINUTE REST BETWEEN ROUNDS.

DEADLIFTS: Easy singles to 495#

Haven't done these in a while, but they felt really easy. I think the swing "protocol" I have been following has helped.

NUTRITION:

4/03

Some BSN Aminox after workout, some Mongolian about 3pm, and then a paleo feast for my Dad's birthday...with plenty of STRONG NorCal margaritas to go around.

4/04

7am-

200mg caffeine 

Korean ginseng

730am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

2pm:

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of smoked salmon wrapped in lettuce leaves, with full-fat cream cheese and a whole sliced avocado

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

a huge grassfed double burger on a portabello mushroom cap with pepperjack cheese melted in/on it. 

huge amount of raw broccoli dipped in bleu cheese dressing

Will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin.

PROGRESS PHOTO:

Weight: 229-230 on any given day. Snapped this the other day at the start of all these Tabatas. I think I gained a little in the shoulders and chest. No surprise. You can't do a month of 1-arm pushups and not do something to your chest and delts. Interesting to see what this round of Tabatas does. It is still 90% nutrition, but giving up .5-1% bodyfat to do easy 500lb deadlifts and easy 1-arm pushups is not a bad trade.
