This has created this dull, generalized ache throughout my entire body. Holy crap, this hurts!

If you've never done thrusters before, you don't know what a huge systemic overload they cause. Good stuff!

4 strips of bacon
4 eggs fried in coconut oil

7pm-postworkout
1 banana
1 scoop Syntha-6

10pm-
About 12oz of steak, pan-cooked in bacon grease
huge salad with spinach, cucumber, one whole large avocado, white onion, and vinaigrette dressing
one whol broccoli crown, dipped in green goddess dressing
dry, red wine
3600mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil

About 1130pm, I'll hit some ZMA, melatonin and roobios detox tea.
