48 KETTLEBELL SIDE LUNGES, 48 BENT ROWS, 96 RING PUSHUPS

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, BASIC TECHNIQUE

3/26

12 MINUTES, ALTERNATING 48KG KETTLEBELL SWINGS, BURPEES AND 50YD JOG.

NUTRITION:

2 cheat meals in 2 days over my two rest days. Weight was low, even after cheat meals it was 224.
