100 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL FRONT SQUATS (Double 24kg. Light at this point.)

ABOUT 40 MINUTES OF TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE PRACTICE.

NUTRITION:

10am-

1 scoop BSN- HyperFX (using up some supplements I have laying around)

1220pm-

1 scoop VPX Synthesize (nothing but a mix of aminos. Again, using up some supplements I have leftover)

2pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1lb of BBQ beef brisket from Smokin' J's BBQ. No sauce. None needed. He is a BBQ Jedi master.

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1oz Jarlsberg cheese.

430pm-

200mg caffeine

930pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Didn't feel like meat tonight, but wanted lots of carbs. The training I started today is about building some muscle, so not worried at all about a few safe starches.

Huge spinach salad with a whole large avocado and homemade dressing

a bunch of potatoes, sliced into "fries" and baked in the oven in coconut oil. Sea salt and basalmic vinegar for seasoning.
