turkey, avocado, grassfed cheese, and bacon in lettuce wraps...i scarfed down 2 Caveman bars because I was still hungry.

10pm- (St. Patrick's Day! What a rebel!)

MCT oil

spicy kimchee on top of grasped hamburgers on lettuce wraps...had to wash down with Bud Light (wine wouldn't go with this). Really, this came out pretty good!
