REST DAY
NUTRITION:
This is going to be easy.
Saturday:
Had some coconut oil and some beef liver aminos early in the day, but other than that I fasted from 9pm the night before until about 8pm, when we went out to dinner with a big group after the Taekwon-Do tournament. We went to a big Asian buffet in Boise, which sounds like an absolute nightmare, but knowing this place, it has surprisingly good options like steamed mussels, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, grilled steak, octopus, squid, and fresh sushi. Pigged out.
Sunday:
7am-
caffeine/green tea
2pm-
Had my planned cheat for the week. It was going to be a huge hambuger and fries, but since I'd had a little rice with the sushi the night before I decided to forgo the all out cheat meal for the week and just get a bag of chips instead. I know, I have weird non-exotic cravings. Just standard junk. I did minimize the damage and only got a small bag and snacked on it while having a NorCal margarita (look it up).
9pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 giant grassfed beef hamburgers on lettuce wraps.
huge bunch of steamed broccoli, kale, and spinach with a ton of Kerrygold butter, lemon and Himalayan pink salt.
B-complex vitamin
2000mg fish oil
5000iu vitamin D
11pm-
400mg magnesium citrate
50mg zinc
