bunch of BBQ pork ribs (nothing great here nutritionally...they were from a package. I managed to scrap off most of the crappy sauce they had on there and replace with some of my own seasonings and a 100% molasses BBQ sauce)

nibbled on these yummy treats made by Tara Zimmer that consisted of 88% dark chocolate, macadamia nuts, coconut oil, dates, honey and sesame seeds. Pretty much just paleo candy.
