130pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 8oz of leftover flat iron steak

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

5pm-

1 scoop Cardio Igniter preworkout

8pm-

Planned cheat meal at Boise Fry Co.

Double burger on a GF bun with huge pan of fries and a glass of Malbec.

3000mg fish oil and a B-complex (made sure and brought these to take with food tonight)

11pm-

50mg zinc

400mg magnesium citrate
