930 AM-

100 TRAPBAR DEADLIFTS @ 315#. EASY LADDER SETS OF 2,3,5 REPS AT THE TOP OF EACH MINUTE FOR 30 MINUTES.

Took on the Dan John 1/2 Hour Deadlift Challenge, which is max reps of a 315# deadlift in 30 minutes. I probably could have knocked out a few more reps, but I think this was enough for the day.

730am-

300mg caffeine/green tea (preworkout)

1 tbsp MCT oil

10am (after workout)

Creatine and BCAA drink mix I had laying around.

12pm-

Mongolian BBQ.

Nothing but clear sauces like curry and ginger, lots of meat and veggies. The "sesame oil" they have is the only questionable thing on this, because I'm not totally sure it isn't just something like canola oil.

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

Made a bunch of homemade guacamole and ate a ton of it. Used fried pork rinds for dipping.

Made taco lettuce wraps and ate like a pig. Using grassfed ground beef and some kind of taco mix my wife made up. FYI: You normally really have to watch out for things like wheat in taco mixes. Whatever kind she made does not have it.

03/08 (Activity wasn't really high today and I didn't eat much).

7am-

Ate a ton of pistacio nuts and some jerky. (Just regular store bought jerky. I know it isn't grassfed, but I just take fish oil with it and don't worry about it.)

3000mg fish oil

9pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

Probably about 12oz of grilled lamb chops with garlic and rosemary.

Whole giant avocado with lime, salt and pepper.

about 1 1/2 glasses of pino noir
