Slammed down a sample packet of Optimum Amino Fuel...a bunch of caffeine and beta alanine, with some aminos.

10am (postworkout)

1 scoop MHP Paleo Protein

fish oil

12pm-

Driving around and was hungry for snack foods...fried pork skins. 0 carbs and tons of fat, a little protein.

Primal? A judgment call, but I know I can handle these without a bunch of inflammation and a carb hangover for a junk food.

3pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

handful of roasted cashews

fish oil

9pm-

1 tbps coconut oil

huge steak

huge spinach and red chard salad with homemade dressing

about 2oz of Jarlsberg cheese and some dry red wine

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

Around 1030, I'll hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
