32 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, MAX EFFORT (Relatively. Meaning as hard as possible, as continuously as possible. This took me almost 40 minutes solid, so really probably only about 75-80% of max effort, but for this volume it was everything I had).

Easy day.

20 MINUTES IN THE SUN ALTERNATING H2H SWINGS WITH 24KG AND A 200YD RUN.

530PM-

20 MINUTES OF TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE

NUTRITION: 03/04 only, but 03/03 was not a whole lot different.

9am-(preworkout)

1 scoop BSN Hyper FX

1130am (after workout)

1 scoop MHP Paleo Protein

fish oil

2pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 12oz of BBQ beef brisket

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

300mg caffeine

9pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge spinach and red chard salad with 2 grilled chicken breasts and tons of homemade dressing

about 1oz of Jarlsberg cheese and some red wine

fish oil

cod liver oil

1030pm-

Hot magnesium salt bath. Is this a sports supplement? I'm saying yes.
