9AM-

KETTLEBELL SWINGS

5 X 10 W/48KG

4 ROUNDS OF FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS SPIDERMAN CRAWLS.

NUTRITION:

Pretty much fasted the whole day until evening, when we went out for a planned cheat meal. I was going to have that last night, but ended up eating a higher carb meal, but still following primal guidelines.

730am-

caffeine/mix

1 tbsp MCT oil

About 1pm:

Just a couple pieces of jerky and my beef liver aminos with some MCT oil.

I only ate the jerky because I was going to take fish oil and vitamin D, and I don't take that on an empty stomach.

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

630pm-

(NOTE: Planned weekly cheat meal. Not a typical meal. I would probably gain a pound per day if I ate this junk all the time.)

Stacey and I went to The Counter, a specialty hamburger restaurant and both got burgers on GF buns with fries. We also sampled pretty much every one of their red wines and had some vegetable skewer appetizers. It was good, but not as good as I can make on the grill at home. I do pride myself on cooking these days. I think the only reason I enjoy going out these days is so I can get an idea of a way to make the same thing better and healthier at home.
