huge spinach salad with tons of sauteed shrimp (butter, garlic, red pepper flake, lemon) with a bunch of colored vegetables and carrot/ ginger vinaigrette...this salad really needed some bacon on top of it! That is what it needs.

about 2oz of 85% pure dark chocolate with coconut oil smeared on top
