Went out to dinner tonight at a BBQ place, because I could at least stick to meat and vegetables
got some beef brisket and some BBQ rib tips that were in a dry rub, so no sugary sauces for me.
got a double order of steamed broccoli for side orders, so no fries or potatoes
had a good sized shot of whiskey for the naughty part of the meal and left without touching any of the cornbread muffins they stuck in front or me
I wish I'd have brought some fish oil with me to offset all the unhealthy oils that were probably present, but I really have to take that with food. Not too much damage done.
