PROGRESS PHOTO:

Current weight has been anywhere from 221-224lbs for the week. Really not much change, but I think switching from the Carnivore to the Paleo Protein has made me drop a few pounds. There is no added creatine in the Paleo Protein, and I always retain a little water when I get into any creatine. I have also cut back on the red wine and cheese intake to where it is only about 2x per week, and then only a small glass. I think that is enough for any supposed health benefits.

To be very clear, I do not have some weight loss goal or some "target weight" other than how I feel and perform best. If I can move fluidly and strong doing martial art, that is all that matters. The 10,000 reps from last month may have improved a few things less than 1%, but that is what it takes after doing it so long to just make the slightest gain. Most of the improvement is in the overall feel and the performance of only a few techniques.

As far as aesthetics go, I pretty much only compare myself to professional martial artists, which would be UFC fighters. So, I guess I can compare my physique to most any pro fighter at my same height and weight and not feel too shabby.
