whole large avocado and a whole large tomato sliced up and covered in a homemade basalmic vinegar and EVOO dressing.

Had my cheat meal for the week. Not a huge binge, but we did go to Mongolian and I had one cup of white rice with a huge bowl of nothing but beef, broccoli, carrots, green onion, zucchini, red cabbage, and sunflower seeds (NO NOODLES). The cheat part was the mystery oils that are in the sauces, the white rice, and the Tsing Tao to wash it down.
4000iu of fish oil and a cod liver oil cap with dinner (took it with me, knowing we were going to grab something fast to eat).
About 11pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin
