Hit the scale tonight at 221.6lbs. I guess this is what doing Taekwon-Do six days per week will do to you. I have lost a little pressing strength and a little max strength. But, I do know that if the "me" of last year with about 10 more pounds of muscle were to meet the "me" of today in a dark alley, it would be lights out. I have more striking power than I have had in a long time. I really am as strong as possible at the lightest bodyweight feasible.

Huge spinach salad with 1 whole large avocado and vinaigrette.
Tried a huge bottle of yummy pear hard cider tonight...pretty sweet, but good, and much better than beer.
3000mg fish oil
