1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

big chunk of leftover pot roast

Siberian ginseng

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

9pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled sirloin tip steak

huge salad with homemade dressing and tons of colored vegetables

about 2oz of cheese

fish oil

vitamin D

around 11pm, I'll hit the Zn, Mg, B6
