5 Taekwon-Do hyungs: Technique focus, about 50% power...(only 25 total kicks in these).

Deadlifts:
1 x 3 @ 365
1 x 2 @ 405
2 x 1 @ 455
1 x 2 @ 405

Kettlebell Windmills:
1 x 5 w/32kg
3 x 3 w/40kg

Foam Rolling.

After week 3 of 10,000 kicks this month. Gotta keep the calories high to maintain weight. Still at 225lbs.

Small bowl of beef jerky and raw almonds

4 large eggs
6 strips of bacon

425pm-preworkout

1 scoop of GAT Nitraflex

10pm-
Huge spinach salad with about 10oz of pan-cooked chicken breast, 1 whole avocado, red onion, asiago cheese, raw broccoli, marinated artichoke hearts, and vinaigrette dressing.
3600mg fish oil

1130pm-
About 1130 I will take 3 mg melatonin, 3 ZMA capsules and roobios tea.
