1 tbsp coconut oil

5 eggs fried in coconut oil with fresh salsa

huge plate of homemade sweet potato fries, broiled in coconut oil

about 12oz of steak

glass of red wine

about 2oz of 72% pure dark chocolate with about a tbsp of coconut oil on top
