Taekwon-Do: 16 hyungs, basics, sparring, breaking.

3 GNC 4x Preworkout Caps. Tried them again. Too much stuff in them. Made me want to take a nap. 

12pm-

Couple big handfuls of beef jerky, raspberries, and almonds

4000mg fish oil

2pm-

1tbsp coconut oil

Snacked on some more jerky and some almonds.

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

5pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

500mg maca root

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge broiled sirloin steak

huge salad

fish oil

cod liver oil

About 12am I will take my Zn, Mg, B6 and melatonin.
