red wine

2 huge  grilled grassfed beef hamburgers on portabello mushroom caps

about 2oz of Jarlsberg cheese

huge spinach salad with a whole avocado and homemade dressing

5000iu vitamin D

about 11pm I'll hit the Zn, Mg, B6.
