A few deadlifts, just so I don't forget how to do them, and to kind of give the nervous system a little re-charge after all the high reps lately.

200mg caffeine/green tea

9am-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

handful of jerky and a handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

130pm-

1tbp coconut oil

a huge leftover baked chicken breast with a tbsp. of coconut oil melted on top of it and about a tbsp. of olive oil, I also covered this in some flaked parmesean and romano cheese

4pm-(preworkout)

300mg caffeine/green tea

930pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled tri-tip and a huge salad with homemade dressing

good sized chunk of 99% pure dark chocolate dipped in almond butter

fish oil

About 11pm, I'll hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
