Took a short trip to the hills today to get some sunlight.

On the way, I had some jerky, macadamia nuts, and some almond flour crackers. The crackers aren't the best thing, but they aren't made of soy or wheat at least, and I don't mind a tiny bit of leeway here since I knew I would be training hard later tonight.

1tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of grilled tri-tip and a huge bunch of steamed broccoli with tons of butter and lemon

about 2oz of dark chocolate
